Terri is a Madisonville resident, entrepreneur and retired employee of a Cincinnati-based Fortune 500 company.  She has held many roles in the Beauty and Paper divisions, in roles such as a Initiative/Project Manager and Contract Manufacturing Business Owner (Cincinnati and Stamford, CT), Paper Processing Engineer (Albany, GA), and global roles as Export and Sourcing Coordinator.  She was the Prime Mover for internal affinity groups, including a benchmark group in Stamford CT, for which she received the, “Simply The Best” award for delivering breakthrough results in Diversity and Inclusion.  She is also a graduate of the United Way Leadership Development Program.
